推動分級醫療 北市聯醫落實雙向轉診
(健康醫療網／記者林怡亭報導)
衛生福利部中央健康保險署目前積極推動分級醫療，期透過醫療體系間分工、合作，使民眾獲得最好的醫療照護；健保署臺北業務組推動「共好合作」概念，期藉由各醫療院所進行上、下游垂直整合，運用健保電子轉診平台及雲端醫療資訊之上傳與分享，落實雙向轉診合作。
分級醫療雙向轉診 不浪費醫療資源
臺北市立聯合醫院表示，近3年由醫學中心轉入該院之病人數已成長2倍，平均每年可達700人次；另近5年來，各級醫事機構與該院雙向轉診或轉檢之病人，平均每年約達1萬9千人次，106年更較105年成長8%。
該院亦與近100家基層診所、護理所及社福團體合作，提供居家醫療整合照護、安寧療護及長期照護等服務，並於日前舉辦「分級醫療雙向轉診，醫起手護市民健康誓師大會」，期建構優質之社區整合照護網絡，落實分級醫療政策，保障民眾就醫安全、提升醫療品質。
厝邊好醫師 擔任社區健康守門員
健保署李伯璋署長表示，臺北市立聯合醫院以實際行動響應分級醫療政策，垂直整合上下游醫療資源，給予高度肯定，該院以成為地區醫院與基層診所最堅實之後盾為核心理念，並藉由應用「健保醫療資訊雲端查詢系統」及「電子轉診平台」，落實就醫資源共享之目的。
另健保署亦於今年度總額協商時，編列推動轉診之預算及完成相關支付標準訂定，並自107年7月1日起實施；李伯璋署長強調，務使基層醫師之診療實力與時俱進，由厝邊好醫師就近擔任民眾健康之守門員，撙節健保財源、減少醫療資源不當耗費，相信民眾、醫療院所及健保署三贏之共好時局將是指日可待！

（中央社記者黃巧雯台北3日綜合報導）外傳美國職棒西雅圖水手隊日籍球星鈴木一朗可能在本週主場賽事宣布退休，不過今天又有另家美媒報導，鈴木一朗已否認這項傳聞。
Root Sports記者亞當（Brad Adam）在廣播節目中透露，根據與鈴木一朗的聯繫對話內容，感覺本週水手隊主場賽事，將是鈴木一朗在大聯盟的最後賽事，鈴木一朗應該會想要以水手隊球員身分退休。
不過，才時隔一天，美國雅虎記者舒茲（Jordan Schultz）今天在推特上指出，經詢問鈴木一朗有關外界傳聞，鈴木一朗否認要退休。
鈴木一朗今天在與奧克蘭運動家比賽中，擔任先發左外野手、打第9棒。
